I am a successful HR management professional and organizational consultant with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in management and business administration from Kaunas University of Technology (KTU), and a graduate of the MRU MBA Executive Master’s programme.

With over 18 years of experience in the field of human resources management, I possess more than 5 years of leadership experience leading professional human resources management teams. I have accumulated valuable and diverse work experience, developing my skills in leading positions in leading companies in the transportation and logistics, healthcare, construction, real estate management, utilities, manufacturing, services, wholesale and retail trade sectors.

My specialization lies in the areas of human resources management and organizational change management. I excel in creating, restructuring, implementing, and developing human resources management strategies and processes in organizations of various sizes and sectors. Additionally, I provide consultation to organizations on addressing temporary or entrenched human resources management issues. I assist organizations in anticipating business growth opportunities and successfully developing their operations by leveraging advanced strategic, tactical, and operational human resources management solutions.
