Frequently asked questions

Human Resource outsourcing is a business practice in which a company hires a third-party organization, such as HR BUSINESS PARTNER, to handle its human resources activities and administrative tasks. These services enable companies to benefit from the expertise, skills, experience and resources of external specialists in order to efficiently manage, operate and develop a wide range of HR activities, while at the same time reducing the use and cost of in-house human resources.

Outsourced HR services can cover a wide range of functions, giving companies the flexibility to tailor the services to their specific and unique needs and to focus on their core business.

HR BUSINESS PARTNER is staffed by highly competent professionals in human resource management and related fields. Each member of our team is an expert with many years of practical experience in leading companies in various business sectors. Our team’s expertise covers a wide range of knowledge and successful practices, including recruitment, employment of foreigners, documentation management, training, reward management, performance appraisal, implementation of HR processes, HR change management, employer branding, employment law and more.

We not only strive to ensure a high level of professionalism, but also to give you the opportunity to benefit from our expertise in this multifaceted area of HR management. This ensures that every aspect of your HR strategy and processes is analysed in detail, and that strategic, tactical and operational HR solutions are tailored to your organisation’s unique needs, enabling you to achieve the results and business breakthroughs you want.

Our outsourced HR services can be relevant to a wide range of companies, regardless of their size, nature of their business and available resources, facing a variety of day-to-day and long-term HR challenges and problems (staff turnover, low competence of managers and employees, lack of engagement, ineffective reward systems, HR activities that are not working and do not fit the overall corporate strategy, etc. ), planning and implementing organisational change, needing to streamline and improve HR processes, implementing a specific project, etc.

In small companies, we usually perform all the functions of the HR department: from designing and implementing HR processes, routine tasks and agreed tasks, to advising and training managers and employees.

In medium and large companies, which usually have an in-house HR specialist or even an entire HR department, the professionals in our team help to develop an HR strategy, develop and implement HR changes, coordinate and streamline the HR department, develop existing specialists and managers, help to build a growing internal culture, strengthen the employer’s image, and provide ongoing consultancy.

You only pay for the time we actually work, the specific task we do, or the agreed services (according to the invoice) that you actually need. You have no employment-related obligations, liabilities or costs. We work under a service contract, that can be terminated when the services are no longer required.

When you choose HR BUSINESS PARTNER services instead of one in-house HR manager or specialist, you get the expertise, competences, skills and years of experience of the entire HR team.

Our HR services focus on specific agreed tasks and assignments and create the change you want in your organisation much faster than a permanent HR manager.

By looking at the organisation’s situation, needs, goals and direction, and applying our experience in the business sector, we will propose and ensure the implementation of quick and unique solutions and action algorithms, helping to resolve the organisation’s temporary or persistent HR management problems, and providing the impetus for a smooth and effective movement towards the desired results and progress.

We are able to look at an organisation’s problems and situations from a variety of perspectives, based on years of successful experience, without any preconceptions, internal politics or cultural nuances, and therefore provide objective and unbiased assessments and insights.

You don’t have to worry about attracting high-level HR professionals to your region of operation. We work in any city in Lithuania.

Confidentiality and business ethics are not only a legal requirement, but also a priority for us, in order to implement the principles of transparency, reliability and honesty, and to build a cooperative relationship based on mutual trust.

We conclude a service contract with each client, setting out the specific services and tasks to be provided, their scope and quantity, the period for which the services or tasks are to be provided or carried out, and the price of the services and tasks.

The scope, quantity, working hours, etc. can be reduced or increased as needed. We are flexible, so we will always find a mutually suitable solution for the provision of HR services. Our aim is to ensure that every client feels satisfied and receives the solutions that meet their needs, when and where they are needed, as much and as long as needed, and that the expected result is guaranteed.

We charge an hourly rate for HR Change Manager services. The final contract price for these services depends on the agreed number of working hours required to complete the project and perform the work.

For the external HR manager services, we charge a monthly subscription price, which depends on the quantity and scope of the services and the number of working hours agreed. If at some stage the client wishes to have more involvement of our external HR Manager and therefore more working hours to meet the needs of their company, or if they want us to perform additional one-off services that were not included in the service contract, we will agree on an hourly rate for the additional working hours. Working hours may be reduced as needed. In our practice, clients choose to hire our external HR Manager for a period of between 1 month and 1 year, on average 3-6 months, during which time we create and implement changes and projects in our clients’ companies that a full-time, in-house HR professional or HR Manager would not be able to do in a year or even longer.

We charge an hourly rate for HR consulting. The final contract price for these services depends on the number of hours of consultancy provided. In individual cases, we agree with the client a fixed fee for a consultancy service such as an audit project or a training service.

Ensuring that our clients receive the best possible quality HR services is very important to us. That’s why we not only analyse their needs and expectations in depth, but also delve into the organisation’s HR issues, identify changes that need to be implemented, identify potential risks and obstacles, and provide insights and recommendations. Together with the client, we define clear objectives to be achieved, agree on a plan for the provision of HR services, the scope of activities and the timeline for implementation. We regularly report to the client on the work performed to ensure transparency, credibility and integrity. We work intensively with the client and ask for continuous feedback. This not only helps to ensure that we are working in the right direction, but also allows us to make consistent progress and adapt to the client’s changing needs. We make every effort to work with the client as a partner, providing the necessary support to implement productive change and achieve business goals through effective staff management.

Our clients

Our clients are small and medium-sized enterprises without an HR manager, as well as larger companies in complex sectors such as transportation, logistics, industry, technology, services, etc. The latter already have their own HR managers and specialists but are seeking a broader perspective and strategic changes in the field of HR management.
