Addressing a business challenge:

A company with an HR department was expanding rapidly and faced new HR challenges and issues, such as attracting and retaining new employees, building teams, developing training plans, conducting annual interviews, etc. Existing HR processes had become inefficient, there was a need to improve the performance of the internal HR team, and there was a need for a broader approach, expertise and competences, and best practices.

What we did:

A plan for hiring our external HR manager was agreed with the company’s CEO, including specific HR functions, work and scope, implementation periods, number of working hours, rental fee and service period.

During the agreed 4-month period of hiring the HR manager, a comprehensive audit of HR processes was carried out, HR processes were updated and made more efficient (recruitment and selection, staff adaptation, staff development, scheduling and conducting annual interviews, etc.), the activities of the HR department were streamlined, roles and responsibilities were clarified, further priorities for the development of HR were set out, HR performance indicators (KPIs) were introduced, the internal procedures package was updated, and the job descriptions were reorganised.

Results of the change:

The company received professional HR services and ongoing consultancy, updated and streamlined its HR processes, and increased the knowledge and competences of its internal HR department.
